Tell us the site and the sport (pickleball, basketball, tennis, multi-sport, or a conversion), and we schedule a site visit, evaluate the ground and drainage, and put the full scope in writing before anything is booked.

Building a court here is not the same as building one elsewhere. Palm Beach County’s high water table means surface slope and drainage have to be designed before the base goes in, not after. Summer-storm rainfall loads the ground fast. Salt air and intense sun shorten the life of any coating that is not specified correctly. Hurricane-rated fencing is not optional in this county. The builders we arrange understand these conditions and design for them from the first site visit.

Every written estimate covers each cost stage separately: sub-base compaction and depth, concrete or asphalt base, acrylic color coat, regulation line marking, fencing, and lighting. Court layout is confirmed against regulation dimensions for the intended sport before ground is broken. Resurfacing and repair for worn courts follow the same process, on-site evaluation first, itemised estimate second, work only after you have agreed the scope in writing.

What people ask before getting started

  • Do you build the court yourselves?

    No. We are an enquiry service. Our role is to coordinate the on-site assessment, the written scope, and the final walkthrough so nothing falls through the gaps.

  • Why does every project start with an on-site visit?

    Palm Beach County’s high water table and summer-storm drainage loads mean a phone description is never enough to scope a court accurately. Surface slope, sub-base compaction depth, and drainage design all depend on what the builder finds on the ground. A blind quote almost always changes once work starts.

  • What areas do you cover?

  • What sports courts can you arrange?

    We arrange construction for pickleball, tennis, basketball, and multi-sport courts. We also handle tennis-to-pickleball conversions, resurfacing of worn acrylic surfaces, fencing, and court lighting.

  • What happens if I delay resurfacing a cracked court?

    Surface cracks allow water to reach the base layer. In Palm Beach County’s wet season, that water expands the crack and undermines sub-base compaction. What starts as a recoat job can become a full base replacement. Catching it early keeps the repair scope, and the cost, significantly smaller.

  • Is the written estimate binding before I commit?

    The itemised estimate is issued after the on-site evaluation and covers every phase in writing. Nothing is booked or started until you have reviewed and agreed to that scope. There is no obligation at the evaluation stage.
